What is your occupation?

Musician/Producer.

Where do/did you go to school?

Newcastle University.

Education: School(s) and Level of degree (BSc, MSc, PhD)?

BA in Psychology, MA (with distinction) Creative Music Technology.

What is/was your major and field of study?

In Psychology, mainly evolution, then a bit of Psychophysics.

What are you currently working on, researching, or creating?

Nereid records, a small label promoting electronica, hip hop, drum and bass, experimental rock, fusion, etc. I'm also starting work on project expressing scientific concepts with audio/ visual artwork.

What is the one piece of technology you can't live without?

The wheel.

What is your favorite equation?

Drake equation.

What is your dream job?

Doing what i'm doing now but on a bigger scale.

What did you want to be as a kid?

Darth Vader. It's a job...

What is the coolest thing you have every done?

I played a gig with Rubberneck, a funk band, at a giant dance festival- that was pretty impressive. On the downside, I'd been partying all day so my performance was drunk and messy. I learned from that experience pretty quickly.

Spawn.

What is your favorite kind of music?

Electronica, leftfield Hip Hop, Afro-Cuban, and Progrssive rock.

What is your favorite car?

Renault 5.

What is your favorite movie?

Jet Set Willy (Spectrum 128k), Mega Man 2 (NES), Final Fantasy VII (PS).

What is your favorite video game?

Starcraft.

What is your favorite toy?

Transformers.

How would you explain the color red to someone who never had sight?

It sounds like orange but with a less yellow hue.

Who are the three people (dead/alive) you would invite to your last supper?

Three paramedics. I'd want to make an effort during my last supper.

What is your favorite item of clothing?

Sneakers.

What is your favorite and last book read?

Metamorphosis by Kafka (favorite).
